The Vondel bench is made entirely of eucalyptus wood, which is a hardwood species. This makes it extremely suitable as a material for garden furniture. The eucalyptus wood of this Vondel bench is treated with a white wash for a luxurious look. Eucalyptus wood works and discolours, just like any other wood. We therefore recommend treating the wood with a white wash hardwood oil at least once a year.
